What payment methods do you offer?
We offer several payment methods: Debit/Credit Card, Paypal, Afterpay* and Zip Pay*.
*Afterpay and Zip Pay are only available for Australian orders.
If I order something today, when will I receive it?
If you live in a metro area in Australia, and order before 3pm AEST, we'll dispatch your order that same day, and you'll receive your parcel the next business day! We express ship all our items within Australia. To check if you are in the express post network visit their website. If your order is placed after 3pm, then it will be dispatched the following day.
The item I want is “sold out” or no longer appears?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of the item (or description if you can't think of it) and we'll let you know if we're getting anymore in. If we are, we'll put you on the list to be notified when that particular item comes back in stock.
How do I access my store credit?
Your store credit will be emailed to you by customer service in the form of a code to use at check out!
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
When we send out your order, you will receive an email notification from e-parcel with your tracking number and link. So you’ll be able to track your order from our warehouse to your door.
Is there a store for me to try things on?
We have two stores, one on the Gold Coast and Newcastle! So if you’re in the area by all means pop in and try on.
