Shipping policy

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100 within Australia and FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING on orders over $150. For orders under $100, a flat rate of $7.50 for standard and $12.00 for express will be charged.

SHIPPING STATUS

We make every effort to dispatch your packages on time each day, with 90% of orders placed dispatched same day. During high-volume or sale periods, there may be some delay in dispatching your order. Please note that no orders will be processed on Fridays, weekends or public holidays.

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

We have a flat rate of $15 AUD standard shipping for New Zealand orders. 

Delivery times take approx. 5 business days.

USA, UK + ASIA*

We have a flat rate of $20AUD standard shipping (5-8 business days) + $30AUD for express shipping (approx 4 business days)

China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam

REST OF THE WORLD

We have a flat rate of $30AUD standard shipping + $40AUD express shipping.

All parcels will be sent via Australia Post and you’ll receive an email with all of the information needed to track your delivery from our warehouse to your day. 

For our Western Australia and rural area customers please note our delivery can take 2-7 business days.

Australia Post can sometimes experience delays - don’t worry this doesn’t happen very often and unfortunately any delays are out of our hands. We do everything possible to deliver your UrbanSport parcel super quick and speedy.  

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
