PLUS if you live in a metro area* in Australia and place your order before 3pm AEST, you’ll receive your UrbanSport parcel the next day!
Orders under $50 will be charged a flat rate of $12! All orders placed before 3pm on weekdays will be dispatched the same day.
NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING
We have a flat rate of $15 AUD standard shipping for New Zealand orders.
Delivery times take approx. 5 business days.
USA, UK + ASIA*
We have a flat rate of $20AUD standard shipping (5-8 business days) + $30AUD for express shipping (approx 4 business days)

All parcels will be sent via Australia Post and you’ll receive an email with all of the information needed to track your delivery from our warehouse to your day.
For our Western Australia and rural area customers please note our delivery can take 2-7 business days.
Australia Post can sometimes experience delays - don’t worry this doesn’t happen very often and unfortunately any delays are out of our hands. We do everything possible to deliver your UrbanSport parcel super quick and speedy.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When we send out your order, you will receive an email notification from e-parcel with your tracking number and link.
We’re always happy to answer questions you may have so please feel free to email info@urbansport.com.au
We understand at times you may have issues with the size, colour or simply does not suit. We have a flexible returns policy to ensure you remain 100% happy and continue shopping with us.
If you have changed your mind or have chosen the wrong size, we’ll happily offer store credit for a different style or exchange for a new size within 14 days of receiving your order.
For any items that are received faulty or incorrectly shipped we can either replace, offer store credit or refund your payment.

All returns must be received in the original condition outlined below and if any returns are received that do not meet the below they will be returned back to sender. So please take care when you’re trying it on.
