The item I want is “sold out” or no longer appears?

Email us at info@urbansport.com with the name of the item (or description if you can't think of it) and we'll let you know if we're getting anymore in. If we are, we'll put you on the list to be notified when that particular item comes back in stock. 

 

If I order something today, when will I receive it?

If you live in a metro area in Australia, and order before 3pm AEST, we'll dispatch your order that same day, and you'll receive your parcel the next business day! We express ship all our items within Australia. To check if you are in the express post network visit their website. If your order is placed after 3pm, then it will be dispatched the following day. 

 

Your country not on our shipping list?

Simply email us on info@urbansport.com and we will arrange another form of shipping for you so that Urban Sport is available to everyone around the world!!

 

I need my item by tomorrow, how can I be certain I get it by then?

First check that you are in the Australia Post express network, if you are then you should get your order the following business day. Your order must also be placed before 3pm AEST. 

If you are making an order with touch payments please be sure to place your order before 2pm AEST

 

How do I access my store credit?

If you've been given store credit, it will automatically come up as a payment option at the shopping bag page when you are logged in. You can check your account balance by logging in with your account details.

 

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

When we send out your order, you will receive an email notification from e-parcel with your tracking number and link. So you’ll be able to track your order from our warehouse to your door. 

 

Is there a store for me to try things on?

Yes, but only on the Gold Coast. So if you’re in the area by all means pop in and try on.

However, feel free to call or email us with sizing enquiries or other questions. If you are worried about sizing, we encourage you to buy 2 sizes of the same item. This way you don't have to wait to reorder the correct size, and you get a full refund for the other size. Please read our RETURNS POLICY for more information.

 

What is a credit slip? 

A credit slip is certain dollar amount that has been credited to you to spend as you wish. The credit slip does not have an expiry date and will appear and become available at checkout, which you’ll be able to apply to your order.
